Allison Smith is a the co-Owner of a cafe along the French Riviera, she's the head chef, baker and from pastries to lunch, their cafe is using fresh ingredients and an important part of the community. We went for a glass of wine and talked nutrition, food choices and how important the Kitchen is to creating community, fellowship and it's a sacred place meant to connect to the Earth and Each Other.
