Eli Flournoy is a businessman, who worked at CNN for 25 years in various roles and has experimented with what he calls, 'servant leadership,' which for him is wholly team focused. And throughout his life he's realized, the System is 'rigged' for him and he's learning over and again to show up better - for Women, for his Black colleagues and friends and it's a lifetime of transforming his power into empowerment, navigating ego and surrender. White Men in America need a story of Surrender. And Eli hopes to lead by example.
